My iPhone battery isn't charging.

I have a problem with my iPhone 3Gs, I went to an authorized center to replace my battery but it now doesn't charge anymore:
here's what I got on the battery icon…

I've connected it to iTunes and it syncs perfectly but it doesn't charge. I have the original Apple charger and USB cable, so I don't know what's the problem.

I repeat… it syncs perfectly but it doesn't charge, my question is: is it a software problem or a hardware problem?

There are no Apple authorized repair centers for iDevices.

Where did you take the device? Take it back to them and demand they resolve the issue.

Well… it says Authorized Distributor, so I thought they were capable to repair this stuff… I'll take it tomorrow, here's 9:33 p.m.

Authorized Distributor is just that. It has nothing to do with their ability to repair a device or being authorized to repair devices.

i also have this question. i already change my battery and apple store charge nearly 80 pound but within a month my phone getting same problem. i thought they took the money and give me the old battery. im really angry with myself
